In 2021, Stephanie L. Murphy earned her certification as a family law mediator from the Florida Supreme Court. Since that time, she has achieved a happy balance between her family law litigation practice and her expanded role working with outside counsel, assisting families resolve their contested family law disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

While there are many cases that can only be resolved in court, research has shown that individuals, particularly parents, who are able to settle their cases through mediation are more satisfied with the outcome, and go on to have a more successful co-parenting relationship. Having practiced family law in Florida for 25 years, Stephanie Murphy has extensive experience litigating the full range of issues, from complex, high net worth asset division, to high-conflict parenting cases, alimony and child support cases, enforcement and modification issues, and everything in between.
